As of September 1, Chloé Boscagli has taken up her post at the Office of His Serene Highness the Prince of Monaco, currently headed by Olivier Wenden. The official advisors already in office are Julie Donati, Guillaume Pastor, and Sophie Vatrican. Chloé Boscagli began her professional career at the law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. For nine years, she served as Director of Missions for the Chairman of the Monte-Carlo SBM Group. In 2023, she joined the Principality’s Government’s Attractiveness Unit and headed Monaco Private Label, an international network comprising 2,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and executives. Since late 2025, she has headed MonacoTech, the startup incubator, guiding its new focus on applied AI, environmental and marine technologies, and innovation in the healthcare and sports sectors. She has served on the City Council for eleven years and holds positions related to early childhood, youth, and gender equality.
