Halloween: Dinner at the Addams' House. Spine-tingling outfits and terrifying accessories for the spooky season

We’re almost there… the spookiest night of the year is just around the corner: Halloween. It’s time for ghosts, carved pumpkins, and scary outfits!
You don’t necessarily need an elaborate costume to get into the spirit of the scariest night of the year: sometimes all it takes is a blood-red detail, a pair of gothic-style boots, or an accessory that’s decidedly out of the ordinary.

Are you planning a party? A horror-themed night? Or just a dinner with friends? This is the perfect opportunity to let your wardrobe’s darker side shine. And if you’re planning a horror movie marathon on the couch, there’s no reason you can’t celebrate the occasion with a touch of irony—even in a cozy, at-home setting.
I’m convinced that in each of our closets there’s that black outfit with lace, leather skirts or pants, velvet details, and accessories that look like they came straight from a haunted castle. Just take them out at your leisure and slip into “talking corpse” or “sexy-dark witch” mode!

Those who are lazier or less creative can simply wear an extra-large black or orange sweater, or a plaid flannel jacket—which you can find on sale at many stores.

The best part about these pieces? Many of them can stay in your “horror closet” even after October 31. Just pair them the right way to transform a spooky detail into an original accent you can wear well beyond Halloween night…
So… be witty and try to get invited to dinner at the Addams’ house. Uncle Fester will be delighted to add a place at the table!
